Since my four interventions on why there should be a regime change in Okigwe North Federal Constituency come 2027, Hon. Miriam Onuoha and her uncoordinated team have resorted to propaganda, blackmail, and deliberate misrepresentation of my position. Rather than address the substance of my arguments, they have chosen the path of distraction and personal attacks.
I will not be surprised if this propaganda machinery gradually escalates into threats, but I have made a conscious decision to remain focused on the central issue: there must be no third term in Okigwe North Federal Constituency in 2027.
My position has always been issue-based, fact-driven, and guided by the principles of equity, justice, and fair political representation. For clarity, below is a summary of my four interventions.
1. Okigwe North 2027: Miriam Onuoha's Third Term Agenda Is Unjust, Unfair, and Unacceptable*
In this article, I clearly stated that the reported third-term ambition of Hon. Miriam Onuoha, the current representative of Okigwe North Federal Constituency, has triggered serious concern, growing resistance, and widespread disapproval across the constituency.
After serving two consecutive terms in the House of Representatives, any attempt to seek a third term directly violates the opinion that other well qualified individuals should have equal opportunity to serve.
The argument was simple: equity must be respected, fairness must be preserved, and power must rotate.
2. Okigwe North 2027: Miriam Onuoha Should Be Grateful, Not Greedy*
In this intervention, I emphasized that leadership is a privilege given by the people and must be exercised with humility and gratitude. Having served two terms, Hon. Miriam Onuoha should appreciate the opportunity given to her and step aside with dignity instead of pursuing another term.
When the people demand regime change, responsible leadership listens. When the people ask for equity, true leadership responds. When the people seek fairness, honour demands compliance.
The central message was clear: gratitude strengthens leadership, but greed destroys public trust.
3. 2027: Okigwe North Must Not Be Sacrificed on the Altar of Personal Ambition*
In this piece, I strongly maintained that Okigwe North is not for sale, not for domination, and not for endless occupation by one individual.
Leadership must rotate. Equity must stand. Justice must prevail. Personal ambition must bow to collective interest. Okigwe North must never be held hostage by personal ambition. Equity must not die and justice must not be silenced.
The future of the constituency must remain in the hands of all its people, not in the grip of one political ambition.
4. Miriam Onuoha, TETFund, and the Painful Silence of Missed Opportunities in Okigwe North
In this intervention, I pointed out that the TETFund House Committee Chairmanship was a rare and strategic opportunity to transform the educational and developmental landscape of Okigwe North. It was an opportunity to: strengthen institutions; empower students and youths; support tertiary education; attract federal educational infrastructure and build a lasting developmental legacy.
Opportunities of this magnitude do not come often. When they are not fully utilized, the loss is not just political, it becomes generational.
Okigwe North is filled with brilliant youths seeking scholarships, struggling institutions needing intervention, and communities hoping for educational and infrastructural development. When such a constituency holds a strategic national position like TETFund Chairmanship and still records minimal visible impact, it naturally raises serious questions about leadership priorities and commitment.
Final Position
Throughout all my interventions so far, I maintained discipline and respect, carefully choosing my words and refusing to descend into personal attacks against Hon. Miriam Onuoha. I spoke only on issues of fairness, equity, and the future of Okigwe North. However, her uninitiated team, engineered by a United States-based associate, has now gone berserk, throwing caution to the wind and engaging in propaganda, blackmail, and reckless attacks instead of addressing the real issues at stake.
However, blackmail does not destroy facts. Propaganda does not erase truth. Personal attacks do not cancel equity. My position remains firm and consistent: There should be regime change in Okigwe North Federal Constituency in 2027. There should be no third-term attempt by Hon. Miriam Onuoha. Equity, fairness, and justice must prevail.
The responsibility now lies with the people of Okigwe North to decide: Are these interventions propaganda? Or are they fact-based contributions meant to promote equity, fairness, and regime change?
